The artwork is for personal use only, you may not profit from them, claim that they are your own, or sell them, you may post them anywhere (with proper credit!)

I retain the right to use the commission as an example of my work as part of my personal portfolio. If you wish to have your commission kept private, a 10% privacy fee will be applied (waiting a certain amount of time before posting your completed commission online is fine though!)

You must be 18 years or older to order a commission

Refunds are only available in the sketch phase; If you already approved the sketch for coloring your commission is no longer refundable, no exceptions

In case I cannot complete the work, for any reason, I will offer a full or partial refund based on the amount of work completed

You may only ask for major changes during the sketch phase. Minor changes can be done beyond that (limit of 3 free-of-charge changes)

commission queue is not necessarily done in order, the trello is solely a general guide on how progress is going! Feel free to ask me any questions, or to ask about the status of your commission privately

I can prioritize your commission if you need it by a deadline by applying a rush fee. Very tight deadlines (i.e., less than a week or two) will have additional charge (20% - 80%). If needed, let me know when you first contact me

Under no circumstances can my art be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

I am open to commercial usage rights purchasing on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for details

High resolution and low resolution/optimized for web PNGs are uploaded to Google Drive and sent to the client. Please download your completed commission within 15 days, as I may delete it from Drive after that
